Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or made-to-order items.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-designed products

  • Made-to-order clothing

  • Personalized items

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) are only issued for defective or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
